I'm kicking myself now for not having Derek take some pictures before he began Phase I (Demolition) over a month ago. This building
was a bar/restaurant with a kitchen, large bar, two bathrooms, and two separate seating areas. The first couple of pictures here show the empty space a few days before Phase II (Construction) began this week. You can still tell that the two sides of the building are separated down the middle by a partial wall. The older (and larger) half will be Derek's office. The newer addition
may be part of his office or may be rented commercial space.

Day 1 - Construction
Yes! When we saw two of these trailers sitting out back, we knew things were going to start moving along quickly!!!
Derek and Wes on the roof. This is where work must begin. Then we'll move inside.
This is our storefront! But keep watching... it's not going to look
anything like this when we are ready to open the doors!
